Final Christmas Card in the Series

Here is the final Christmas card in our Christmas Stamp-A-Stack series.  We will make the sample card during October club week. 

Contempo Christmas is the last Christmas card in our Christmas Stamp-A-Stamp.  Now you can select the card you want to make, purchase the supplies, and join us in November to make all of your Christmas cards!

October Club Week Tuesday 12th and Friday 15th

Club week is approaching and I have been creating cards all week.  How do I ever choose which ones to do...well I'm not this time.  Fortunately we have two months to make beautiful fall cards and that is just what we are going to do.  Here is a preview for the next two months on what you can expect unless of course I come across something I like better!!!  I love casing cards and then sharing them with you.  It's hard to give credit because I've looked at so many and combined so many but I thank all the women who have shared their talent. 

If you live in the Fort Worth area, you are welcome to come to any of the clubs offered.  I only ask if you are not a club member, please E-mail me so I will have kits prepared.  You can get all the details at http://www.jhogan.stampinup.net/  on where and when we meet.  Come prepared to have the time of your life!!!  We do have fun. 

We will make two of these cards this month and two next month.  What a wonderful way to show someone how much they mean to you.  In the foreground is the ever popular treat you will receive when you come to club.  It's also an idea of something yourself can make and give away!!

Little Blessings Workshop

This is the second in our series of workshops...Little Blessings.  We have so many in people in our lives that we love and appreciate and this is the best time of year to recognize them.  What better way to do that than  by making something special just for them!  We will have an array of items you can choose from to "make and take."  It is so hard to narrow the selections to a few because I'm still coming up with ideas.  However the picture below gives you a preview of what you can expect when you come.   Check out the calendar of event at http://www.jhogan.stampinup.net/  for more details.  The class fee is $5.00.  Each item is individually priced from $1.00-$5.00.  Space is limited so please E-mail me ASAP to reserve your spot.  Ooooh did I fail to mention snacks and DOOR PRIZES!!!  You won't be dissappointed.

World Card Making Event

What a great time we had at my house on Saturday celebrating World Card Making Day.  This is the first time I have hosted this event and it was a smashing success!!!  The room was filled with quiet moments (everyone was working intently), while other times filled with roaring laughter (sharing funny, funny stories).  The time flew by but everyone had to get home in time for the UT/OU game!!!  We all accomplished so much.  I even got some cards completed that have been in my studio for months.  Now my family and friends will start receiving cards again.  We will be getting together later in the month for a UFO party.  The concept will be the same...completing UnFinished Objects or creating new ones.  Here are some pictures to show you what a good time we had.
