Judy's Stamp Studio

I'm so excited about the new cabinets and drawers in my stamp studio.  I have the most awesome sisters and brothers-in-law.  The first phase started this past weekend...the new cabinets.  This allows me to keep duplicate items in the studio so I don't have to "haul" things from the house to the studio when I have classes.  The next phase is going to be new entry doors (the old ones are rotting)!  I'm excited to share these pictures with you.  The first to use the counter top when using the Big Shot, Wet Embossing, Cutting, Scoring, Etc. was my Tuesday Girls Day Out Card Club.  They are as excited as I am!!

BETSY'S BLOSSOM

I've picked "Betsy's Blossom" (126004w or 126006c) as one of my number favorite stamp sets from the new 2012/2013 Annual Catalog.  The possibilities are endless in creating beautiful cards...especially when coupled with the Blossom Punch (125603), the Bitty Banners Framelits (129267), and Apothecary Accents Framelits (127003).  It is a versitile set and should be in your collection.  Floral District DSP (126919) is another favorite.  I can't wait to introduce this set to my "girls!!!"

Easter Card Projects

I can't wait to share these Easter card projects with my club members this week.  The 2011-2012 In-Colors are leaving us in a couple of months so I'm taking this opportunity to use them up to the 'last drop'!!!  I've grown to love several of these colors and hate to see them go. 

The bunny has such personality and I can't wait to see how the girls will put theirs together. And decorating the Easter eggs is such fun ... not nearly as messy as real eggs!!! The side step card technique is perfect for this style card. I know they will love making it!!!

 Bunnies are cute but Easter has a much deeper meaning. This card sums it up with the "He Is Risen" stamp set. The simplicity of this card makes it beautiful and sends a message of hope.
